No, but strongly recommended. Without a printer you receive orders by email and SMS. With the pre-configured Star TSP143IV printer, every paid order prints automatically in the kitchen — with zero handling.
The Star TSP143IV printer delivered and pre-configured for your account, digitisation of your menu (we handle it), payment setup (Stripe / PayPal / Mollie), your QR codes, and on-site training. Real value of the separate components: €538.
The integrations are included. Stripe, PayPal and Mollie charge their own transaction fees (Stripe: ~1.5% + €0.25 in Belgium). Those fees go directly to them — Livro takes nothing.
Yes. By default your site lives on myresto.livro.be. If you have your own .be, we point the DNS — it's included in the plan, at no extra cost.
The monthly plan has no commitment: €89/month, cancellable any time. The annual plan is prepaid at €890/year — the equivalent of €74/month — saving you two months over the year.
Cancel any time on the monthly plan, at no cost. On the annual plan we stop at the end of the paid period. In all cases you get a full export of your data (emails, order history) in CSV. No lock-in.
